Allie is a psychotherapist who is passionate about helping children and adolescents navigate the complexities of anxiety, and life transitions. Allie’s approach to therapy is rooted in a rich understanding of neuroscience, biopsychosocial assessment, and evidence-based practice. Allie attended Tulane University for her undergraduate education earning a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, and received her clinical master’s degree from Fordham University School of Social Work.
Allie’s individualized therapeutic approach is driven by her client’s needs, strengths, and goals. She works from a strength-based approach to create the necessary supportive, safe, and judgment-free environment where her clients can feel empowered to strive toward positive change. Allie helps her clients develop personal insight and essential coping skills to manage and navigate stressors that may arise from school, relationships or life transitions.
